I'm Lara, Author of ex traction poetry collection.

My entire purpose in life is creating - art & poetry, human connection, & joy - in any & all forms I can. You'll generally find me lost in one form playing with words or paints, deep & dirty humaning in heartfelt conversations with people I love, or rolling in booming laughter (if you’ve heard my laugh, you know that "booming" is very much the correct adjective).

This popular class teaches habits, thought shifts, & interpersonal connection skills of happy people in fun, interactive experiments. . You'll learn to know & trust yourself a little more, how to connect & feel genuinely seen, & focus on what's important with clarity & confidence.

Creative writing workshops, mentoring, revision, & classes to unlock & develop your unique voice. Focusing on project, theme, &/or skills, each session explores how to connect to your own voice & authenticity, create sparkling fresh imagery, & find inspiration in great contemporary writing.

I draw from coaching psychology, studies in Marriage & Family Therapy, somatic work, & creativity to help you cultivate greater possibility, confidence, & agency in how you feel, live, & create. We work together to turn what you want into meaningful choices, new experiences, & creative action that expands your sparkle & joy!
